Based on an initial examination, Dr. Stuart Hoffman will provide you with various treatment options, estimates of cost and approximate length of treatment. When you have agreed to proceed with treatment and all x-rays and study models have been taken, Dr. Hoffman will discuss the finalized diagnosis and treatment plan which will include a breakdown of all applicable fees and spend the time necessary to answer all your questions. At Calabasas Orthodontics, all costs are discussed before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of no-interest payment options to meet your needs. We also offer courtesy discounts for payment in full at the start of treatment.

Insurance Policy
If you have dental insurance that covers orthodontic treatment, Calabasas Orthodontics will apply those payments which will reduce your personal out of pocket costs. As we are in-network providers for most orthodontic insurance plans, you may find your plan provides enhanced benefits by seeking treatment with us. Prior to beginning treatment, we will verify your coverage and coordinate their estimated payments for you.
Once treatment has started, we will process all your insurance forms, file your claims and accept payment directly from the insurance company.
